Job summary

OCON Services is seeking experienced Moxy Operators for the Snowy Hydro 2.0 Project in Cooma, NSW. Location: Snowy Hydro 2.0 Project, Cooma. 14 days on / 7 days off roster with accommodation and meals provided.

Wage: $45.40–$49.23 per hour + penalties and allowances on an EBA. Immediate opportunities available on a long-term project with a strong team culture. Responsibilities include operating 40-tonne ADTs, hauling materials on a large civil site, and conducting pre-start checks while adhering

Qualifications

• Proven experience operating Moxy or articulated dump trucks.
• Experience on large-scale civil, mining or bulk earthworks projects.
• Current White Card.
• Verification of Competency (VOC) or relevant machine ticket.
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety.
• Ability to work a 14/7 roster across day and night shifts.
• Two recent work references.
• Full Australian working rights.

Responsibilities

• Operate 40-tonne articulated dump trucks (Moxy) across a large civil site.
• Haul materials efficiently while maintaining safety and site procedures.
• Perform pre-start checks and basic inspections on equipment.
• Work across day and night shifts and adapt to rosters.
• Follow directions from supervisors and work as part of a civil construction team.

OCON Services is seeking experienced Moxy Operators to join our team on the Snowy Hydro 2.0 Project—one of Australia’s largest infrastructure developments.

About the Role

• Operating 40-tonne articulated dump trucks
• Hauling materials across a large-scale civil construction site
• Completing pre-start checks and basic machine inspections
• Working safely and efficiently across day and night shifts
• Following site procedures and directions from supervisors
• Working as part of a high-performing civil construction team

Requirements

• Proven experience operating Moxy or articulated dump trucks
• Previous experience on large-scale civil, mining or bulk earthworks projects
• Current White Card
• Relevant machine ticket or Verification of Competency (VOC)
• Strong commitment to workplace health and safety
• Ability to work a 14/7 roster across both day and night shifts
• Two recent work references
• Full Australian working rights
