Job summary

Orocz Landscapes in Forestdale (QLD 4118) is seeking a motivated Mowing, Gardening & Landscaping Labourer to join our outdoor team. The role focuses on high-standard property maintenance, mowing, gardening, and assisting with landscaping projects across surrounding suburbs.

Ideal candidates have 6–12 months of outdoor labour experience, a valid manual or automatic driver’s licence, and a strong, reliable work ethic.

Qualifications

• 6–12 months mowing, gardening, or outdoor labouring experience preferred.
• Manual (preferred, not required) or Auto driver’s licence to travel to and from work.
• Strong work ethic, fitness, and reliability for outdoor duties.
• Positive attitude and pride in completing jobs to a high standard.

Responsibilities

• Operate ride-on and push mowers, perform edging and whipper-snipping.
• Assist with gardening tasks: hedging, tree trimming, weeding, mulching.
• Maintain site presentation by clearing debris and neat pathways.
• Support landscaping projects as needed (turfing, irrigation, fencing, etc.).

The Role & Responsibilities

You will work alongside our crew servicing properties across surrounding suburbs. Your day-to-day will focus on high-standard property maintenance and hands-on support:

• Mowing & Detailing: Operating ride-on and push mowers, precise whipper-snipping, and edging.
• Garden Care: Helping with hedging, tree trimming, weeding, spraying, planting, and mulching.
• Site Presentation: Blowing down paths and removing debris so sites have a tidy finish.
• Project Variety: Assisting with landscaping projects when required (turfing, irrigation, fencing, retaining walls, etc).

What You Need to Bring

• Experience: 6–12 months of mowing, gardening, or outdoor labouring experience is preferred.
• Licence: A Manual (preferred, not required) or Auto driver’s licence to travel to and from work.
• Fitness: High stamina and physical fitness to handle fast-paced, outdoor physical work.
• Attitude: Reliability, a positive attitude, and a genuine pride in looking back at a job well done.
