Pickfords Move Management Limited is offering a Project Management Intern role in Sydney's Alexandria NSW, on-site. You will coordinate projects across supply chain, marketing, IT (ERP rollout), and logistics, gaining end-to-end exposure in a retail-focused business.

You will be highly organized, analytical, and proactive, studying business, supply chain, engineering, IT, or related fields. Expect a hands-on, cross-functional environment with a 4–6 month part-time arrangement.

About the Role

We're looking for a Project Management Intern who can help coordinate and drive forward projects across four key areas of the business: supply chain, marketing, IT (including a new ERP implementation), and logistics.

This is a hands‑on, cross‑functional role suited to someone who enjoys variety, can manage several moving pieces at once, and wants exposure to how a retail business actually operates end‑to‑end — not just one narrow function.

Requirements

• Supply Chain: Support the planning, tracking, and delivery of supply chain improvement projects, working with suppliers and internal stakeholders to resolve bottlenecks.
• Marketing: Assist with coordinating and executing marketing campaigns, and help track and report on performance across the brands.
• IT — New ERP Implementation: Support the rollout of a new ERP system, including testing and documentation, and help track timelines and flag risks early.
• Logistics: Support projects aimed at improving delivery times, cost, and reliability, coordinating between warehouse, freight partners, and customer‑facing teams.

About You

• Highly organised, with the ability to manage your own workload across several concurrent projects.
• An analytical mindset, comfortable working with data and turning it into clear, actionable insight.
• Excellent written and spoken English.
• A proactive, hands‑on attitude and willingness to get involved across different parts of the business.
• Currently studying business, supply chain, engineering, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
