Job summary

Repco Supercars Championship is seeking a Data and System Engineer to support the Motorsport Technical team, maintaining MoTeC configurations and performing data analysis to uphold parity and scrutineering standards across south-east Queensland and trackside environments.

You will travel to teams for scrutineering, analyze telemetry, prepare templates and software for events, and contribute to vehicle data hardware development while collaborating with engineers and mechanics.

Qualifications

• Degree in Mechanical Engineering or similar field.
• 2+ years in motorsport or equivalent high-performance engineering.
• Proficiency with MoTeC tools and data analysis.
• Solid modelling and CAD skills (SolidWorks preferred).
• Strong data visualization and scripting basics.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance and development of MoTeC configurations for teams.
• Analyse telemetry data to support parity and scrutineering requirements.
• Prepare event templates and software for upcoming races.
• Support design, production and maintenance of testing equipment.
• Collaborate across departments and travel to events as needed.
