Halfords Penrith is seeking a part-time Retail Assistant to deliver outstanding customer service across our car parts and cycle offer. You’ll work 16 hours per week, including weekends, in-store and in the car park, providing guidance and product recommendations while learning our fitting services.

You’ll join a team with full training to develop practical skills in parts fitting, cycle servicing and sales targets, with a focus on customer satisfaction and store performance.

Formación

• Experience delivering great customer service, ideally in a retail sales environment.
• Ability to understand customer needs and tailor your approach.
• Proactive in helping customers and achieving sales targets.

Responsabilidades

• Assist customers with product selection and enquiries in-store.
• Fit car parts and cycle-related services as trained.
• Serve customers in the car park and in-store, delivering high standards of service.
