Job summary

Australia Post in Penrith invites applicants for a Motorcycle Delivery Driver role. You’ll start at the Nepean Delivery facility each morning, then deliver mail and small parcels to homes and businesses with care, while following safety standards and vehicle checks.

This permanent full-time position includes mentoring from experienced Rider Mentors, opportunities for growth, and a supportive team culture that values safety, wellbeing, and community service on every run.

Qualifications

• Hold a full or probationary motorcycle licence.
• Able to pass riding assessments and meet safety standards.
• Flexible to work additional hours to support service outcomes.
• Reliable and detail‑focused, handling mail and parcels up to 16kg.
• Willing to learn and grow with pathways into senior delivery roles.

Responsibilities

• Begin each day at the facility and deliver to homes and businesses.
• Complete daily vehicle safety checks and load deliveries with care.
• Carry out reliable, safe deliveries with consistency.
• Work with Rider Mentors for hands-on guidance.
