Job summary

Doncaster Jaguar Land Rover, part of Autosports Group, is seeking an experienced Motor Mechanic to join the Doncaster team in Melbourne. You will service and repair vehicles to factory standards and contribute to delivering premium customer service for prestige brands.

Ideal candidates have automotive technician qualifications, proven diagnostics experience, good communication skills, and the ability to work in a collaborative team that values excellence and ongoing training.

Qualifications

• Technical qualifications as an automotive technician/mechanic.
• Experience with vehicle diagnostics.
• Clear written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to study and retain detailed product information.

Responsibilities

• Complete quality service and repairs in accordance with factory standards and processes.
• Promote brand image through reliable and cost-efficient repairs.
• Maintain accurate reports.
• Complete repair work and/or maintenance as per the repair order to dealership and brand requirements.
• Work with other departments including sales and parts.
• Keep up to date with mandatory factory training.
• Support system technicians during complex repairs on overall systems.
• Promote the image of the organisation.
