Qualifications

Experience in financial hardship, collections, customer service, lending, or financial services.

Responsibilities

Manage a portfolio of accounts and engage with customers experiencing financial difficulty.
Assess financial hardship applications and negotiate appropriate solutions.
Review requests for contract variations and restructuring arrangements.
Work with customers to establish sustainable repayment solutions and positive account outcomes.
Build strong customer relationships through empathetic and professional communication.
Apply sound judgement to balance customer needs with business risk considerations.
Maintain accurate records and ensure compliance with regulatory obligations and industry requirements.
Liaise with internal stakeholders, legal representatives and external service providers where required.
