Job summary

360 Personnel is seeking a motivated general labourer for an industrial coatings facility in Brisbane. The role involves heavy lifting, yard work, and occasional forklift operation, with a morning shift from 5:00am to 1:00pm.

You will assist with preparation and handling of components, loading/unloading materials, and supporting production teams while maintaining safety and quality standards in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in industrial labouring, manufacturing, or yard work preferred.
• Ability to perform repetitive manual handling tasks and lift heavy items.
• Strong focus on workplace safety procedures and compliance.
• Reliable and punctual with the ability to work afternoon/morning shifts consistently.

Responsibilities

• Assist with preparation and handling of steel and metal components for coating processes.
• Load/unload materials and move stock around the yard and facility.
• Masking, cleaning, and basic preparation prior to coating.
• Support production teams with manual handling tasks and maintain a clean, safe work environment.
• Follow site procedures and WHS requirements.
