Job summary

LINFOX ARMAGUARD PTY LTD in Frenchs Forest is seeking a Monitoring Officer to supervise ATM fleets under service agreements. You will be the primary contact for clients when issues arise, diagnosing problems and coordinating field staff to ensure timely service responses.

The role requires strong problem solving, a proactive attitude, and the ability to work on a rotating roster, with a focus on safe, reliable cash and valuables handling in a dynamic environment.

What does the job look like?

Your prime objective is to monitor the fleet of ATMs under our service agreements. You are the point of call from clients that require our assistance when something goes wrong. Key areas:

• Problem solving over the phone to understand clients’ requirements
• Ensure the system is up to date with all requests
• Correct escalation of issues to relevant person through procedural checks
• Diagnose ATM issues
• Update clients with the status of their jobs
• Liaise with field staff to coordinate service calls
