TikTok is offering a Project Intern role in the Global Monetization Strategy and Operations team in Sydney. You will contribute to short‑term projects, gain hands‑on experience in a fast‑paced environment, and develop practical skills applying knowledge to real‑world challenges.

You will collaborate with product, data, operations, legal and finance teams to drive strategy, policy initiatives and governance, while tracking milestones and delivering insights that support decision‑making.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in a relevant discipline.
• Fluency in Chinese and English; written and spoken Chinese mandatory for stakeholder management.
• Interest in internet advertising, global commercialization, agency ecosystem or platform commercial strategy.
• Strong commercial acumen and logical thinking; able to derive insights from data.
• Proficient in Excel and PowerPoint for data consolidation, analysis, and presentation.

Responsabilités

• Gain in-depth understanding of global commercial advertising business, agency ecosystem and regional market characteristics.
• Take part in the research and design of agency growth strategies, incentive policies and governance mechanisms.
• Participate in end‑to‑end rollout of global agency policies, covering policy formulation, business modeling, cross‑team review, launch execution, sales communication, implementation tracking and performance review.
• Monitor core business metrics and policy performance; analyze ROI, product adoption, and regional variance; deliver actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate with product, data, operations, legal, finance and overseas regional teams to deliver strategy and policy initiatives.
• Support platform governance, permission management and data usage standards; promote standardized management practices.
