You'll collaborate with product, data, operations, legal, and finance teams to deliver initiatives, track milestones, and present insights. The role emphasizes communication, teamwork, and the ability to translate data into actionable recommendations.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate degree in a relevant field.
• Fluency in English and Chinese is required.
• 6-month commitment; 5 days/week; ASAP available.

Responsibilities

• Participate in research and design of agency growth strategies and governance mechanisms.
• Assist in end-to-end rollout of global agency policies and related initiatives.
• Monitor metrics and provide actionable recommendations to support decisions and resource allocation.
• Collaborate with product, data, operations, legal, finance and regional teams to deliver strategy initiatives.
