Job summary

Otis in Brisbane seeks a Modernization Sales Consultant to grow the Modernization business by identifying opportunities, developing client relationships and securing projects that enhance performance, safety and reliability of vertical transportation systems.

You will report to the General Manager, New Equipment & Modernization, and collaborate with internal teams to deliver outstanding customer outcomes while achieving revenue targets in a dynamic market.

Qualifications

• Experience in elevator industry, building services, construction, engineering or technical sales.
• Strong negotiation, communication and relationship management skills.
• Proven ability to achieve sales targets and manage a sales pipeline.
• CRM proficiency and customer-centric approach.
• Tertiary qualifications in Engineering, Sales, Marketing or Business are advantageous.

Responsibilities

• Generate new sales opportunities through indicators, market research and engagement.
• Develop relationships with building owners, consultants, developers and stakeholders.
• Assess customer requirements and prepare solutions aligning with Otis standards.
• Prepare proposals, quotations and business cases for Modernisation and Replacement projects.
• Implement sales strategies to maximise project conversion and revenue.
• Collaborate with engineering, installation and service teams to deliver outcomes.
• Maintain accurate sales forecasts and pipeline management.
