Job summary

Macquarie Group in NSW seeks a Business Analyst to support the ongoing management and enhancement of the Model & AI Risk Management platform. You will gather requirements, prioritise changes and coordinate delivery with stakeholders, technology teams and external vendors.

You will help manage day-to-day product operations, maintain processes and documentation, and identify opportunities to improve user experience and platform functionality within a regulated financial services environment.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years’ experience as a Business Analyst supporting enterprise-wide products, ideally within financial services, risk management or a similarly regulated environment.
• Strong analytical and problem‑solving skills, with the ability to assess priorities, make informed decisions and deliver practical solutions.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to adapt your approach to different audiences and collaborate effectively across teams.
• Experience managing product backlogs, coordinating delivery activities and supporting product issues, enhancements and service requests.

Responsibilities
