Job summary

Independent Living Specialists (ILS) invites an Equipment Product Specialist to service Geelong and surrounding areas. You will provide tailored assistive technology solutions, educate clients and health professionals, and build lasting relationships with referrers and customers.

This role blends sales activity with clinical education within a supportive team. You’ll travel within your territory, meet KPIs, and contribute to improving client independence and quality of life through the latest

Qualifications

• Background in sales or customer-facing roles with client interactions.
• Ability to educate clients and health professionals on equipment benefits.
• Experience building strong customer relationships in healthcare or aged care.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills for diverse audiences.
• Strong organisational skills and ability to meet KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Sell Assistive Technology to a broad community base.
• Run product trials and demonstrate equipment capabilities.
• Build partnerships with health professionals and clients.
• Deliver clinical education sessions and product in-service events.
