Job summary

Goulburn Valley Health in Shepparton/Seymour is seeking an IMYOS clinician to join a new multidisciplinary team delivering high-quality outreach mental health assessments and interventions for young people aged 12–25.

The role focuses on assessments, formulation, case coordination and recovery planning with a view to embedding contemporary, evidence-based care. Permanent full-time or part-time considered, with supervision of junior staff as part of the team.

Qualifications

• Registration as a health professional in Australia (nurse, OT, social worker, psychologist or equivalent).
• Experience in youth mental health and multidisciplinary settings.

Responsibilities

• Provide mental health assessments and formulation for youth aged 12–25.
• Coordinate cases and develop individualized recovery plans.
• Deliver evidence-based interventions and contribute to model-of-care enhancements.
