Job summary

Kids First Australia is seeking a compassionate Mobile Youth Service worker to provide flexible, responsive support that meets young people exactly where they are. You will build genuine, trusting relationships and work collaboratively with young people, families, schools, and community services to assess needs, set goals, coordinate referrals, and provide ongoing case management.

Responsibilities

• Mobile Youth Service: provide flexible, responsive support meeting young people where they are.
• Build genuine, trusting relationships and work collaboratively with young people, families, schools, community services and other key partners.
• Support young people with complex needs: assessment, goal setting, advocacy, referrals, coordination and ongoing case management.
• Drop-in Service: create a safe, welcoming space with practical support, information, engaging activities and connection to services.
