Job summary

Healthcarelink Support is seeking a Speech Pathologist in Geelong to join a multidisciplinary team delivering evidence-based services via telehealth, community visits and hub-based options. The role supports clients across age groups within NDIS and private referrals, with a mobile workload and potential work-from-home arrangements when not seeing clients.

The position offers full-time or part-time hours with a salary up to $100k plus super, and a comprehensive benefits package including

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or higher degree in Speech Pathology.
• Current practising membership with SPA.
• Working with Children Check (WWCC or Blue Card).
• NDIS Worker Screening Check.
• Police Check & International Police Check (if lived overseas).
• Drivers licence & access to a reliable vehicle.
• Car insurance.
• Professional Indemnity & Public Liability insurance.

Responsibilities

• Assess and provide interventions for children & adults with a range of disabilities.
• Deliver evidence-based services via telehealth, community visits and centre-based settings.
• Assist clients with NDIS-related goals and functional capacity.
• Timely documentation and report writing; manage a varied caseload.
• Build relationships with therapists, clients and referral sources.
