Job summary

Ability Action Australia, in partnership with MedHealth, is seeking a Mobile Speech Pathologist to deliver evidence-based therapy across home, school, and community settings. The role offers flexibility, autonomy, and strong clinical backing within a supportive team.

You will manage a community caseload, undertake assessments, and help NDIS participants improve communication and independence while collaborating with multidisciplinary colleagues and mentoring junior clinicians.

Qualifications

• Strong time management and communication skills.
• Current Certified Practising membership with Speech Pathology Australia.
• Passion for working in the disability sector.

Responsibilities

• Manage your own caseload and deliver therapy in the community.
• Conduct assessments and develop personalised, evidence-based treatment plans.
• Support NDIS participants to build communication and independence.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team.
• Mentor early career clinicians (senior opportunities available).
