Job summary

Westpac in Sydney is seeking a Senior Mobile Lending Manager who will guide customers through the home loan process while meeting them on the go.

This is a field-based role with autonomy to manage your schedule, build strong referral networks, and generate new business opportunities in your community.

You will be the face of Westpac locally, delivering trusted, customer-focused home lending solutions and contributing to the bank's growth and customer outcomes.

• Proven experience in home lending with end-to-end knowledge.

As a Senior Mobile Lending Manager, you'll help people take one of the biggest steps in their lives - buying a home. You'll work on the move, meeting customers where it suits them, and guiding them through the home loan process with confidence and care.

What do I need?

We're looking for someone who knows home lending inside and out. You'll need:

• Proven experience in home lending, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end process
• A solid track record in sales or business development
• Experience building and maintaining referral networks
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• A self-starter attitude with a focus on customer outcomes
