Job summary

Westpac Group in Sydney is seeking a Senior Mobile Lending Manager to help customers buy a home. You’ll work on the move, meet clients where they are, and guide them through the home loan process with confidence and care.

This role is hands-on and field-based, with responsibility for building referral networks, developing opportunities, and representing Westpac in the community. You’ll manage your schedule and deliver real value with a customer-first mindset.

What's the role?

As a Senior Mobile Lending Manager, you'll help people take one of the biggest steps in their lives - buying a home. You'll work on the move, meeting customers where it suits them, and guiding them through the home loan process with confidence and care.

What do I need?

We're looking for someone who knows home lending inside and out. You'll need:

• Proven experience in home lending, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end process
• A solid track record in sales or business development
• Experience building and maintaining referral networks
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• A self-starter attitude with a focus on customer outcomes
