Job summary

Port Stephens Council is seeking a Mobile Pre-School Educator to support Thrive Kids, planning and delivering a developmentally appropriate program for children across several sites in the Port Stephens area. The role partners with the Nominated Supervisor to ensure compliance with relevant regulations and continuous program evaluation.

The position is permanent part-time (30 hours per week) with core hours 7:00am–4:30pm, Monday to Friday.

Qualifications

• Certificate in Early Childhood Education and Care or higher is required.
• Current approved First Aid in an Education and Care setting and Child Protection Awareness Training qualifications and CPR certification.
• Current Working With Children Check and National Police Check are required.
