Job summary

Mechanics Recruitment is recruiting for a Mobile Plant & Road Transport Mechanic based in Katherine, NT. The role offers $60+ per hour, vehicle supplied and accommodation provided, with a varied role and long-term stability.

You will service and repair construction, mining and quarry equipment, perform fleet servicing, hydraulic hose repairs and general mechanical tasks both independently and in a team.

Qualifications

Certificate III in Heavy Mobile Plant Mechanic or similar.
Own tools required.
Strong work ethic and reliability.
Able to work independently and in a team.
Australian Citizens or Permanent Residents only.

Responsibilities

Service and repair of construction, mining and quarry equipment.
Fleet servicing of Toyota 4WDs and road transport vehicles.
Hydraulic hose and component repairs.
General mechanical tasks as required.
