Job summary

GOLD FIELDS is seeking a Planner & Scheduler to drive safe, reliable and efficient maintenance across our Mobile Plant operations in Western Australia. You will plan and schedule maintenance activities, ensuring tasks are well scoped, resourced and executed to protect asset integrity and maintain production continuity.

You will maintain SAP master data, support decision-making, and work within established governance; a strong focus on safety, discipline and continuous improvement will shape

Qualifications

• Trade or technical qualification in mining/maintenance.
• Experience using SAP for maintenance planning and scheduling.
• Strong MS Office skills and understanding of maintenance execution.

Responsibilities

• Partner with onsite stakeholders to identify opportunities for continuous improvement of the weekly schedule.
• Develop quality job plans and achievable weekly schedules; align labour and materials for safe, reliable execution.
• Apply Gold Fields Work Management Process; lead planning discussions and escalate issues through governance channels.
• Maintain accurate work orders, task lists and equipment history; update master data for reporting and decision-making.
• Ensure maintenance strategies and scopes are reflected in planned work; support KPI analysis, forecasting and budgeting.
• Model Gold Fields’ Values and embed safe systems of work in all planning; promote safety compliance.
