Adbri Limited seeks a Mobile Plant Operator to safely and efficiently operate mobile plant and equipment supporting production across concrete, asphalt and quarry operations in Western Australia. You will operate dump trucks and may learn other equipment, contributing to safe, efficient site operations with a strong focus on safety, quality and teamwork.

• A valid driver's licence.
• A proactive approach to safety and quality.
• The ability to work independently whilst also contributing to a close-knit team.

Responsabilités

• Operating equipment safely and efficiently in accordance with manufacturer limitations, company procedures and site requirements.
• Completing daily pre-start and visual inspections, ensuring equipment is safe, compliant and fit for operation before commencing work.
• Ensuring material is loaded and unloaded in accordance with production requirements.
• Maintaining company vehicles, mobile plant, equipment and work areas in a clean, safe and serviceable condition.
• Identifying and reporting equipment defects or maintenance requirements to minimise downtime and support operational efficiency.
• Complying with all health, safety and environmental requirements, including reporting faults, hazards, near misses and incidents in a timely manner.
• Communicating effectively with supervisors and team members regarding operational requirements, production delays and workplace issues.
• Operating the two-way radio to maintain effective communication with supervisors and other equipment operators.
• Maintaining accurate operational records and completing required documentation within required timeframes.
• Assisting operators to ensure safe and efficient loading practices.
• Supporting efficient truck turnaround times to meet production and customer requirements.
• Communicating proactively regarding production delays or operational issues that may impact customer service.
