Amplar Health is seeking a passionate physiotherapist to join our Amplar Local team in Perth (South), delivering in-home and community based care across WA.

You will collaborate with residential aged care facilities and provide goal-oriented rehabilitation, helping clients regain mobility and live their best lives, while benefiting from flexible full- or part-time arrangements.

Current AHPRA registration and a valid driver's license are required; relocation support is available.

Qualifications

• Current unrestricted AHPRA registration as a Physiotherapist.
• Current driver's licence and access to own vehicle.
• Passion for helping people improve mobility and quality of life.
• Ability to work autonomously in the community within a supportive team.
• Strong time management and organisational skills.

Responsabilités

• Promote mobility and independence in the community and aged care clients.
• Deliver home-based rehab and post-surgical recovery.
• Collaborate with a supportive clinical team and families.
• Manage time and caseload effectively.
