Therapy Focus Ltd. is seeking Mobile Occupational Therapists to support Bunbury and Mandurah teams. The role offers drive-in, drive-out travel from Perth with salary between AU$80,104 and AU$108,140 per year, plus superannuation, mobile and laptop, and options to boost salary with a predetermined workload plan.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Occupational Therapy (mandatory)
• AHPRA registration or eligible to register is required
• Demonstrated communication and teamwork skills
• Commitment to ongoing professional development and PD leave eligibility

Responsibilities

• Meet with customers to determine the best course of action tailored to their needs
• Deliver a holistic approach addressing physical, mental and social wellbeing
• Empower customers to achieve personal goals with practical support
• Promote independence through daily living skills and self-care guidance
• Collaborate with an interdisciplinary team across settings (clinic, home, school, telehealth)

Job title – Mobile Occupational Therapist

Location – Drive in Drive out from Perth to Bunbury or Mandurah

Employment Type - Full time, Part time (4 days per week) or 9-day fortnight

Salary – $80,104.00 - $108,140.40 per annum (inclusive of annual leave loading) + superannuation + mobile + laptop + options to boost salary up to $10,000

Supervision and Support – from supervisors, team leaders and peers

Professional Development – PD leave and allowance

Company Vehicle – Full access to a company vehicle for personal use, up to 2 years at no additional cost based on a predetermined workload plan

Travel – Accommodation and meal allowances provided where applicable
