Job summary

Indoor Plant Solutions is seeking an energetic Indoor Plant Technician to visit offices and commercial sites across Sydney, caring for indoor plants and maintaining displays. No previous plant experience is required as full training is provided.

You will travel between client sites, building friendly relationships with customers, and perform watering, pruning, and general plant care. The role suits someone who enjoys being on the move and working independently.

Qualifications

• No horticultural expertise required; full training provided.
• Willingness to obtain National Police Clearance.
• Australian working rights and safe working practices.

Responsibilities

• Caring for and maintaining indoor plants across client sites.
• Watering, pruning, cleaning and general plant care.
• Identifying plants needing extra attention and adjusting care.
• Keeping plant displays looking their best at client locations.
• Visiting a variety of client workplaces across Sydney.
• Building friendly relationships with customers and colleagues.
• Working independently while supported by the service team.
