Job summary

Pirtek Melbourne West is seeking a Mobile Service Technician to provide on-site hydraulic and mechanical service and hose replacement for a range of machinery. You will operate from our Laverton centre, travel to customer sites across Melbourne West, and work with a supportive team to deliver high-quality field service.

The role includes after-hours overtime and joining a 24-hour on-call roster, with full product and job training provided.

Qualifications

• Trade / field services experience in fitting or mechanical background.
• Hydraulics experience would be an advantage.
• Good numeracy, verbal and written skills.

Responsibilities

• Deliver accurate field service and repair of plant and machinery to customers.
• Travel to sites within Melbourne West and surrounding areas.
• Replace hoses in breakdowns or complete new installation work on machinery.
• Be available for after-hours overtime and participate in a 24-hour on-call roster.
• Report to the Operations Manager.
