Job summary

MPK is seeking a qualified Heavy Vehicle Diesel Mechanic to help build the Well Intervention Services maintenance team. The role involves recording work in the Asset management system, performing preventative maintenance, and servicing vehicles within the NHVAS scheme.

You will carry out hydraulics work on wireline units, cranes, and forklifts, with minimal heavy overhauls. In-field support and inventory optimization are also part of the role.

Qualifications

• 1–2 years’ experience in the industry.
• Valid HR/HC or higher licence and manual car licence.
• Safety and induction certifications listed in the role.

Responsibilities

• Record and report all work into the Asset system and manage repairs with vendors.
• Perform scheduled preventative maintenance on vehicles/equipment.
• Service light and heavy vehicles under NHVAS scheme.
• Ensure NHVAS compliance and responsibilities.
• Carry out hydraulics work on wireline units, cranes and forklift systems; basic welding and grinding.
• Mobilise in-field to address deficiencies and support wireline operations.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and support handovers between shifts.
• General maintenance tasks as directed.
