Westpac is seeking an Executive Mobile Lending Manager for Sydney NSW. You will help customers buy homes, meeting them on-site or on the go, and guiding them through the loan process with confidence and care.

You’ll manage your schedule, build referral networks, and drive new business while representing Westpac in the local community, delivering real value and trusted service.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in home lending and end-to-end process knowledge.
• Track record in sales or business development.
• Experience building and maintaining referral networks.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Self-motivated with a customer-outcome focus.

As a Executive Mobile Lending Manager, you’ll help people take one of the biggest steps in their lives—buying a home. You’ll work on the move, meeting customers where it suits them, and guiding them through the home loan process with confidence and care.

This isn’t a desk job. You’ll manage your own schedule, build strong referral networks, and generate new business opportunities. You’ll be the face of Westpac in your community—trusted, knowledgeable, and ready to deliver real value.

What do I need?

We’re looking for someone who knows home lending inside and out. You’ll need:

• Proven experience in home lending, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end process
• A solid track record in sales or business development
• Experience building and maintaining referral networks
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
• A self-starter attitude with a focus on customer outcomes
