Job summary

Westpac is seeking an Executive Mobile Lending Manager in Sydney to drive home lending opportunities in the community. You’ll meet clients on their terms, guide them through the home loan process, and build trusted referral networks while managing your own schedule.

This field-based role focuses on customer outcomes, proactive relationship building, and growing mortgage business across NSW with support for your development and career growth.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in home lending and end-to-end process understanding.
• Solid track record in sales or business development.
• Experience building and maintaining referral networks.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills.
• Self-starter attitude focused on customer outcomes.

Responsibilities

• Meet clients on their terms and guide them through the home loan process.
• Build and maintain referral networks to generate new business.
• Manage own schedule and travel to meet customers as needed.

What do I need?

• Proven experience in home lending, with a strong understanding of the end-to-end process
• A solid track record in sales or business development
• Experience building and maintaining referral networks
• Strong time management and multitasking skills
