Ready Vet Go delivers veterinary ambulance and mobile urgent-care services across Melbourne, providing emergency medicine in the community. You’ll work in a Vet + Nurse two-person team, assessing and treating pets at home, stabilising patients and transporting them to hospital when needed.

You’ll start from our brand-new headquarters in Huntingdale, VIC, and travel across Greater Melbourne and beyond. The role offers both full-time and part-time opportunities with no overnight shifts, and a

Qualifikationen

• Qualified veterinarian with current registration in Victoria (or eligible)
• Experience in emergency/urgent care is preferred
• Ability to work in home settings and on road
• Strong communication with pet owners and referring teams

Aufgaben

• Urgent and emergency consultations in a patient’s home
• Assessment, treatment and stabilisation before hospital referral
• Home-to-hospital veterinary ambulance transport
• Inter-hospital transfers with ongoing monitoring
• Palliative care and home euthanasia
• Longer-distance transports across Greater Melbourne and occasionally regional Victoria
• Communication with pet owners, referring vets, emergency hospitals and specialist teams
