Job summary

Greencross Mount Waverley in Melbourne is seeking experienced ECC vets or GP vets eager to move into emergency. We’re Melbourne’s first-ever emergency centre, built to deliver fast, varied cases with support from senior clinicians.

Join a stable team with structured induction, mentoring, and access to internal CE including membership study sessions. Roles are permanent full-time or part-time with nurse support and staff benefits such as relocation sponsorship and paid parental leave.

Qualifications

• Veterinary degree registrable in Victoria.
• ECC experience, or GP to ECC transition with confidence and curiosity.
• Calm head, kind heart and strong communication skills.
• Willingness to work day, night and weekend shifts.

Responsibilities

• Provide emergency veterinary care and stabilisation.
• Collaborate with nursing team and senior clinicians on cases.
• Mentor and support junior vets during shifts.
