UnitingCare Queensland’s BlueCare Community Care division seeks a Registered Nurse to provide person-centred care in the Caboolture region. You will visit clients at home, assess needs and implement care plans, ensuring safety and quality while delivering compassionate support.

The role requires unrestricted AHPRA registration, excellent communication, and the ability to work autonomously across community settings, with travel to client locations as needed.

Qualifications

• Full, unrestricted AHPRA registration and unlimited work entitlements - Essential
• General nursing experience in community or similar settings preferred
• Excellent communication and clinical problem-solving skills
