Job summary

Peoplebank in Perth is seeking an experienced Mobile Automation & Performance Test Analyst to join a digital transformation program. The role focuses on mobile test automation across Android and iOS, plus performance testing of backend services.

You will design and maintain automated scripts, run JMeter load tests, identify bottlenecks, and produce test artefacts and reports to support governance and knowledge transfer.

Qualifications

• Proven mobile test automation experience (Android/iOS).
• Strong hands-on expertise with JMeter for performance testing.
• Experience testing mobile apps, APIs and backend services.
• Ability to deliver comprehensive test artefacts and documentation.
• Strong analytical and stakeholder communication skills.

Responsibilities

This role is ideal for a testing professional with strong automation and performance testing expertise across mobile applications and backend services.

Key Responsibilities

• Design, develop, and maintain automated test scripts for Android and iOS applications.
• Execute performance, load, scalability, and stability testing using JMeter.
• Identify, analyse, and report performance bottlenecks and application issues.
• Prepare and maintain test plans, test cases, test data, defect reports, and traceability documentation.
