Job summary
Foxtel Group is seeking a Mobile Homepage Video Producer to join the Digital Content team on a 12-month fixed-term contract in Australia (Artarmon). You will curate the mobile homepage, publish and optimise short-form video, and support cross-platform content during peak live sport windows.
The role requires 2–3 years in digital video production, strong editing skills, and the ability to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
Qualifications
- Experience in digital video production, publishing and editing in sport/news.
- 2–3 years using non-linear editors such as Premiere Pro or Avid.
- Understanding of digital publishing workflows and CMS.
- Strong editorial judgement for sports video performance.
- Experience writing headlines and metadata for digital audiences.
- Knowledge of short-form and mobile-first formats.
- Availability to work mornings, evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities
- Curate and maintain the Kayo Mobile App homepage with relevant video.
- Publish and optimise short-form video for the app, including vertical formats.
- Collaborate with Mobile Lead and Code Leads on priority content.
- Own the mobile app experience during shift periods.
- Write, edit and publish high-quality video to deadlines.
- React to breaking news and live moments in real time.
- Support wider video output across FOX SPORTS digital platforms.
- Identify trends to boost mobile engagement and discovery.
- Improve publishing workflows and speed to screen.
- Coordinate with producers and editorial teams to surface content.
