Job summary

SEEK is seeking a practical ML Ops Engineer to own the data, infrastructure and pipelines that support production ML systems, with a focus on computer vision.

You will design scalable data ingestion, labeling and training pipelines, deploy models safely, and establish monitoring and automated retraining loops across live environments.

Collaborate with ML and data teams to deliver reliable, observable ML workflows and cost-conscious deployments.

Qualifications

• 3–5 years of experience building and operating ML or data systems in production environments.
• Experience with production ML lifecycle tooling and model registries.
• Comfort with cloud, containers, and infrastructure as code.
• Ability to own end-to-end ML pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Design and operate scalable data ingestion, transformation and processing pipelines.
• Build robust dataset creation, validation, labeling and versioning workflows.
• Create reproducible training, evaluation and experimentation pipelines.
• Deploy, version and roll back models safely across live environments.
• Establish monitoring, alerting, drift detection and automated retraining loops.
