Job summary

Harmony Australasia in Brisbane seeks a Senior Workforce Planning & Analytics Advisor to drive regional workforce planning, rostering governance and analytics. You will partner with operations, HR, Payroll, Camp & Travel, and IT to ensure accurate demand, availability and time data for Hidden Valley operations.

Roster is Monday to Friday, 40 hours/week at Brisbane office with option to work from home 2 days/week. Salary negotiable commensurate with experience.

Qualifications

• Experience translating operational plans into workforce forecasts.
• Experience with complex rosters across multi-location operations.
• Strong data analysis and reporting using spreadsheets.
• Experience implementing or improving scheduling systems.
• Stakeholder engagement and business partnering skills.
• Experience in mining/resources or similar complex environments.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain Harmony Australasia's workforce planning framework.
• Translate business strategies and mine plans into workforce demand forecasts.
• Establish scheduling standards and controls for rosters.
• Lead CRU Rostering System implementation, training and improvements.
• Build dashboards, analyse turnover, vacancies, overtime and roster effectiveness.
• Collaborate with Finance to reconcile workforce plans with budgets.
• Partner with leaders to run workforce planning workshops.
