Job summary

Gold Fields is seeking a warehouse specialist at the St Ives Mine site to manage core warehouse and delivery activities. You will work with SAP ERP to track stock, control spares, and coordinate with transport contractors to ensure on-time site deliveries.

The role requires a forklift license, a WA driver’s license (MR class desirable), and experience in a large warehouse or mining environment. Permanent role with strong benefits is offered.

Qualifications

• Valid WA driver’s license (MR class desirable).
• Current forklift license.
• Experience in a large warehouse or supply environment; mining experience advantageous.
• Strong IT skills, including SAP or similar ERP and Microsoft Office.
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to safe work practices.

Responsibilities

• Monitor, replenish and control critical spares and consumables to ensure continuity and minimise downtime.
• Accurately check incoming goods against purchase orders; resolve discrepancies and ensure proper receipting.
• Maintain SAP bin locations, stock movements and warehouse records for inventory visibility and audit compliance.
• Coordinate with transport contractors to track shipments and ensure timely deliveries to site.
• Distribute direct-charge items to departments and ensure materials reach end users efficiently.
• Uphold high standards of housekeeping, safety and organisation within the warehouse.
