Job summary

Hexagon Autonomous Solutions seeks a Trainer to join the ANZ team, delivering high-quality training for Hexagon solutions in APAC mining operations. You will equip customers and internal stakeholders with knowledge to operate, maintain, and optimise systems safely and efficiently.

The role involves classroom, onsite, and virtual training, supporting go-live activities, and providing post-training coaching. A strong OT background and Australian work rights are required, with travel to client

Qualifications

• Experience engineering or field production roles with OT training.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Able to lead and coach training sessions for individuals or groups.
• Valid Australian Class C driver license required.
• Knowledge of Fleet Management System architecture and safety OT tech is desirable.
• Willingness to travel domestically to client sites.
• Permanent Resident or Australian Citizen.

Responsibilities

• Deliver structured training programs (classroom, onsite, and virtual) aligned with client requirements.
• Support system go-live activities with hands-on user training and guidance.
• Provide post-training support to ensure sustainable system adoption.
