Job summary

FIFO options from Darwin or Cairns to lead frontline mining crews and deliver safe, efficient daily and weekly production. You'll supervise ancillary services and truck & shovel operations, drive safety and performance, and manage leave, performance and disciplinary actions.

Qualifications

• Experience in a leadership role within mining and operator duties.
• Ability to mentor employees and promote diversity.
• Strong safety, health, and risk management mindset.
• Proven track record supervising large teams.

Responsibilities

• Execute work safely according to 24-hour and weekly plans.
• Provide leadership and ensure adherence to procedures.
• Manage leave, performance, and disciplinary actions.
