Job summary

MCA Engineering Pty Ltd is seeking an experienced Project Supervisor to join our Parkes operation. This site-based role leads shutdowns, maintenance activities, and small projects across local mining and industrial operations, ensuring safe, efficient delivery.

You will oversee daily activities, coordinate resources, and work with clients, site teams, and subcontractors. Occasional travel across Australia may be required; the role is primarily Parkes-based.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in a Project Supervisor, Site Supervisor, or similar role.
• Trade qualification with a minimum of 2 years' supervisory experience
• Proven ability to manage construction, maintenance, or shutdown projects
• Strong planning, scheduling, and organisational skills
• Excellent leadership and people management skills
• Experience in underground mining or heavy industry preferred

Responsibilities

• Plan and supervise shutdowns and small project works
• Oversee daily site activities and lead site crews
• Conduct site inspections to ensure quality and safety standards are met
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams
• Support business development activities and maintain client relationships
