Impact Drill & Blast is expanding a new mining project in the East Kimberley Region WA and seeks a Mining Projects Supervisor with a shotfirer ticket and strong leadership to drive our drill and blast teams. You will coordinate rosters, support HR recruitment processes, and ensure safety and statutory compliance across operations.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years in supervisory roles within blasting/drilling operations with a current shotfirer ticket.
• Demonstrate leadership in scheduling teams and people management.
• Provide insight and support in recruitment processes liaising with HR.
• Possess customer relationship development and management skills.
• Strong communication for relationships, leadership and influence.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and lead rosters on a rostered basis.
• Liaise with HR for recruitment processes and candidate selection insights.
• Ensure compliance with statutory requirements and safety standards.
• Plan and deploy equipment, staff, inventory and resources for operations.
• Coach, mentor and manage team members for high performance.
• Collaborate with the site manager to drive continuous improvement and safety culture.
