Greatland Resources Limited is seeking a Construction Superintendent on a fixed-term 2-year contract to support our Package Manager in coordinating site activities for the process plant expansion project on a 2:1 FIFO roster from Perth.

The role involves managing interfaces across Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical and Instrumentation, ensuring safety, quality, and schedule adherence while coordinating with Operations, Maintenance, and contractors.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' supervisory experience in mining/processing/construction.
• Tertiary qualification in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or related discipline.
• Experience with mineral processing or process plant environments.
• Brownfield mining or processing project delivery experience.
• Experience as Contract Manager or contractor management roles.
• Knowledge of safety legislation and environmental compliance.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and engage with Operations, Maintenance, Contractors, Equipment Suppliers and Engineering staff.
• Oversee construction activities across Civil, Structural, Mechanical, Piping, Electrical and Instrumentation.
• Prepare and present project performance and delivery reports.
• Review and approve ITRs and ITPs.
• Assist with commissioning activities, system handovers and performance testing.
• Monitor schedules, milestones and delivery risks.
