Job summary

Idemitsu Australia seeks a Maintenance Planner for the Boggabri Coal Mine in NSW to plan and schedule heavy mobile equipment maintenance, collaborating with supervisors, procurement and service providers to ensure safe, efficient execution.

The role requires a trade qualification or 3+ years in maintenance planning, CMMS exposure (SAP/AMT/JDE), and strong Excel/planning tool skills, with a commitment to health and safety.

Qualifications

• Trade qualification preferred or minimum 3 years in maintenance planning
• Experience in maintenance planning within mining or heavy industry
• Knowledge of surface mining operations and maintenance practices

Responsibilities

• Plan and schedule maintenance for heavy mobile equipment fleet (Excavators, Haul Trucks, Dozers, Graders)
• Collaborate with Maintenance Supervisors, Procurement and external service providers to execute maintenance activities
• Guide maintenance personnel on best practices and safety standards
