Qualifications

• Previous recruitment experience highly regarded but not essential.
• Motivated, autonomous, and results driven.
• Proven experience in Sales, Recruitment, or Account Management.
• Persistence, positivity, and perseverance to achieve successful outcomes.
• Ability to work independently. This role is predominantly autonomous with strong support from other AWX office

Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment for blue-collar roles (labourers, operators, trades)
• Screen candidates, verify tickets/licences, and complete reference checks
• Build and maintain a strong pool of work-ready candidates
• Coordinate interviews, onboarding, site requirements & mobilisation
• Maintain client relationships across mining, civil, and construction
• Identify new opportunities
• Conduct site visits and regular client check-ins
• Support a strong safety culture across all operations
• Conduct occasional client visits and maintain strong relationships
• Coordinate candidate start-ups and ensure a smooth onboarding process
