Job summary

Foxleigh Mine in Queensland's Bowen Basin invites an experienced HR Advisor to join the People & Engagement team. The role is hands-on and site-based, delivering practical HR support to leaders and employees across the operation, with a focus on employee relations, recruitment, workforce planning and HR processes.

Qualifications

• Experience in an HR Officer/Coordinator/Advisor role.
• Understanding of HR processes and employee lifecycle.
• Experience with employee relations or performance management.
• Strong communication and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a busy environment.
• High attention to detail and record-keeping.

Responsibilities

• Provide HR advice and support to supervisors and leaders.
• Support employee relations matters including performance and investigations.
• Assist with recruitment, onboarding, and employee movements.
• Prepare employment documentation, correspondence and HR reports.
• Support workforce planning and change management activities.
