Stellar Recruitment is seeking an HR Advisor to join a site-based team in the Moranbah region, supporting a large mining operation with practical HR advice, hands-on support, and room to grow. You’ll work closely with the HR superintendents on site, focusing on day-to-day HR activities, investigations, recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives, while maintaining documentation and reporting.

• Understanding of award interpretation and Fair Work obligations.
• Tertiary qualification in HR or related discipline.

Responsibilities

• Provide day-to-day HR support to supervisors and team leads.
• Support and coordinate investigations, performance processes, and compliance matters.
• Help drive recruitment, onboarding, and retention initiatives.
• Maintain HR documentation and assist with reporting/metrics.
• Support employee engagement and people systems improvement.
• Liaise with corporate HR and Talent teams for alignment.
