Job summary

Ramelius Resources Ltd is seeking an experienced Health & Safety Manager for the Dalgaranga operation, operating on a 4:3 FIFO roster from Perth. You will lead the H&S function, oversee incident management, safety systems and regulatory compliance, and build a robust team to drive safety culture and performance.

You will influence safety outcomes across all site levels, working hands-on in a mining environment and partnering with site leadership to deliver safer and more productive operations.

Qualifications

• Experience leading H&S teams in mining environments.
• Strong knowledge of H&S legislation and regulatory requirements.
• Proven incident investigation capability.
• Experience facilitating risk assessments and workshops.
• Completion of SSE exam and related certifications.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Health & Safety department across the Dalgaranga operation.
• Partner with Department Managers to support compliance and performance.
• Ensure site compliance with legislative requirements, policies and plans.
• Oversee fitness for work and injury management processes with the Group H&S team.
• Lead safety systems audits, assessments and reporting; drive corrective actions.
• Facilitate risk assessment workshops and provide expert H&S guidance.
• Oversee incident investigations and ensure effective controls.
• Develop and review safety procedures and management plans.
• Create continuous improvement plans to strengthen safety performance.
• Assist in preparing project management plans for regulators.
